‘To illustrate the kinds of attitudes that women face at the top, one male executive of the Netherlands’ ABN Amro Bank said he did not have faith that women would remain committed to the company past a certain age.
“To be honest, I don’t think women want to work full time,” he said.
“I know it sounds strange to say it, but I think they are better caregivers than men.
“And I think they want to explore other priorities once they reach a certain age, be that family or whatever.” ‘
